Stake poker ban with no reason

I recently started playing poker on stake. I recently got a pot up when trying to play saying "you are blocked by administrator". They say that I may have violated sections 1.3 and/or 1.4 in their Poker terms but they refuse to elaborate more and give specific reason. They also refuse to investigate it again since I read the sections 1.3 and 1.4 in their terms and I found that I have not violated those. 

I have tried to contact them a few times and every time they say "team in charge made the decision and they don't have any information about it". I find it frustrating that they are unable to investigate further into the problem, as it is very clear that I have no violated any terms in the sections 1.3 and 1.4. I was playing in some of the highest available games that were provided by stake. The volume I play plus the rake taken from these games, seems that they would want a player like me and similar players who play higher stakes. 

I feel like I should atleast be able to discuss with someone the details regarding the block, rather than a vague statement that is given. I think the site is great and like it far more than the other sites I have played on in the past. I figure that the system falsely flagged my account in some way, because when it happened I was multi-tabling, and losing quite frankly. Thats the name of the game though. Hopefully I can get some sort of closer on the incident, and hopefully get back to playing on the site.
