Bonus for completion of Verification 2

So,

people that are completing Verification 2 are receiving a a bonus from 50 to 250 Dollars, depending on their VIP level.

But people that are already level 2 verified dont get anything?

Is this supposed to be fair?

Level 2 verified users could get rain, get double prizes for events and forum challenges, and claim bonus codes etc. People without verification could not use any of this.

So no, it's not unfair.
