How do you acquire “Stake Rains”?

I’ve seen many people receiving tips through chat, however you cannot request a tip. So how does one receive Rains ?

Hi @RoadmanKD,

To be eligible for Rain, you must wager $3,500 in the last seven days and complete KYC Level 2 verification. You must also be active in the chat.
