Hi i am user of stake from 20/10/2023 which is around from 1 year ago..there is problem with my account since 06/10/2024 i got mail at 6:03 PM IST and they said you account suspended temporarily then first step i taken chat to live support they said upload level 4 documents then you can use and suspension will be lifted...then i uploaded documents but suddenly rejected documents and all levels 1 to 4 are asking again for documents..i was completely shocked.. then i completed 1 and level 2 with selfie including username and date written on blank paper with adhaar card id..then for level 3 verification there is too much struggle around approx 15 20 times level 3 rejected then live chat said please upload utility bill with payment proof then i said to them i have no utility bill registered under my name all are under my parents name so then i asked can i upload some bank refference then they accepted so yesterday i contacted bank and given application for new bank passbook and i got it with bank stamp and signature of manager with issuing date...then i came home and uploaded that reference to level 3 and that's how my level 3 confirmed successfully...so after that i uploaded bank statements of months for level 4 verification then taking some 5 6 hour my verification rejected then i asked live support for alternative documents and also asked them i have loan agreement can i upload it they said you can ..then i uploaded my agreement for level 4 verification but suddenly again they reset all levels and again asked me for to do verification from 1 to 4... then again i uploaded level 2 after i uploaded for level 3 they again reset my verification levels and said you are permanent disabled to verify account..... so after my all efforts my account shows permanent restricted...so my point is 

 

 

 

1. What is reason behind suspended account temporarily?

 

 

 

2. Why after providing all correct verified documents rejected again and again?

 

 

 

3. What was the reason behind permanent restrictions? 

 

 

 

I want to tell you something i have no multi accounts i am using stake from 1 year and before my stake birthday you permanent restricted 😞😔.. i was always loyal to stake and always respected of every staff members even moderators in chat room.. i said anything wrong to anyone i am saying sorry from bottom of my heart accept my apology stake and stake staff.... so coming on point I did not breached any terms and i given all efforts to verify my documents before this suspension i was already level 3 verified....you can think from this point i verified all level 3 1 year ago on first day...20/10/2023 ..i am very careful with my kyc that's why i provided all documents on that day and successfully verified.. you can check my win&loss stats i am not in profits i am already down.. i was always loyal to stake you can check all my past records..all withdrawal deposits all are from my own bank accounts...so please help me to get out of this problem i will not create any problem or i am not a any type of scammer..i am just a normal person who enjoys playing on stake i love stake very much.. please don't permanently ban me.i didn't did anything wrong against stake.... Please investigate in deeply for me.... i am very close to platinum so please let me enjoy on stake.... i will give you another document if you are not happy with previous.. just remove verification restrictions let me verify please please stake ..i will provide you selfie again with new documents, also provide bank refference letter along with stamp and signature.... please help me to do.. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 (((((my adhaar card is orginal just i taken first selfie accidentally with old adhaar then i uploaded selfie with updated adhaar card as per government guidelines sorry for that mistake i was in frustration that's why in rush that's happened but i corrected that ...and now clarification about my loan agreement..i uploaded agreement which includes my selfie that is me and you can also check that loan amount received to my bank account which statement i already said you can check and confirm that i am not lied to you.. statement and agreement amount are same check that please for me..i completely given all correct documents if you can't get something then please tell me i will explain and give you additional documents.and in level 1 my occupation was self employed which is correct but yesterday automatically changed to other please also correct that)))). please don't take decision immediately i will provide you everything that confirm my kyc..give me chance to upload again....i wanted money but with my stake account..i want to play again.. or at least credit my 29,995.10 INR to bank account ...i 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 check my loss profit stats..i am not in profits..just credit back those funds really important to me thanks stake and team i am waiting for postive response 🙏🙏i am legit I can't do wrong which hurt stakes terms nd policy.
