Former Valedictorian accused of stealing cryptos

There are many hacking incidents for the past few month in 2018. 

Now a recent news comes in with an allegedly hacking cellphone numbers using digital currencies like Bitcoin to steal a whopping amount at around $5 million.

Joel Ortiz UMass Boston student and who was also a valedictorian from  Boston Public School was arrested in California airport in July.

Ortiz accused of running a complicated scheme where in he is taking control of his victims’ cellphones and then hacking into their cryptocurrency accounts.
