The document is not expired and satisfies the listed requirements, so I am unsure why it hasn't been approved. Right now I am facing difficulties in obtaining other documents due to the ongoing conflict with Russia. Many government offices are closed or working intermittently, especially in my region. Most processes are delayed, and because of this, I cannot renew or get new identification documents. I’ve also tried using online services, but not all documents are available in digital form. I am chat banned and cannot contact a customer service agent. Can someone please help? I received an email last week which said I would receive 250 dollars if I completed level 2 verification. I submitted it on time, but it took forever to be approved on your end which caused it to go through a little after the deadline. Can you please help me get something done about this?
