English: I have tried submitting my foreign passport to reach level 2 verification for the bonus, but I am having trouble getting it accepted through the system. The document is not expired and satisfies the listed requirements, so I am unsure why it hasn't been approved.
Right now I am facing difficulties in obtaining other documents due to the ongoing conflict with Russia. Many government offices are closed or working intermittently, especially in my region. Most processes are delayed, and because of this, I cannot renew or get new identification documents. I’ve also tried using online services, but not all documents are available in digital form.

I am chat banned and cannot contact a customer service agent. Can someone please help?

 

Я намагався подати свій закордонний паспорт для досягнення другого рівня верифікації, щоб отримати бонус, але виникають труднощі з його прийняттям через систему. Документ не є простроченим і відповідає зазначеним вимогам, тому я не розумію, чому його не схвалено.
Зараз я стикаюся з труднощами в отриманні інших документів через поточний конфлікт з Росією. Багато державних установ закриті або працюють з перебоями, особливо в моєму регіоні. Більшість процесів затримується, і через це я не можу оновити або отримати нові посвідчення особи. Я також намагався скористатися онлайн-сервісами, але не всі документи доступні для отримання в електронному форматі.

Мене заблокували в чаті, і я не можу зв’язатися з агентом служби підтримки. Чи може хтось допомогти?

It was finally approved, but there's a problem. I received an email last week which said I would receive 250 dollars if I completed level 2 verification. I submitted it on time, but it took forever to be approved on your end which caused it to go through a little after the deadline.

Can you please help me get something done about this?

Unfortunately, I, as a Community manager, can't do anything about bonuses. You will need to contact support and clear that out with them.
