Not Receiving any emails from Marketing Team

Hello guys it's almost over 1 month now and i am not receiving any promo emails from stake marketing team and even the monthly and post monthly bonuses not getting to my linked stake email. i talked to support for 3 to 4 times and they just repeating same thing again and again that no issues from there side and i did all things on my side but it's not fix.

 

i claim monthly and post monthly from telegram but i am missing up a lot of promo emails for over 1 month now. 

 

Are any of you facing same issues?? please drop your comments and if anyone know technical stuffs how to resolve this issue please share. i am using gmail account. i am subcribed to stake emails.

This has been happening to me for a long time now. You simply have to adapt to the unfairness of Stake. There is no reason why we can receive this rejection. We are victims of the system

But what's your vip rank? Not receiving monthly bonuses but claim from telegram?

I wrote about this many times on forum. I stopped receiving any mails from stake from January this year. After 3 hours hard conversation with support  they told me marketing team decided to block all emails to me and they can't tell me why. So i suppose you have the same issue.

Exactly man but now stake support not replying me. This is what they respect old players like me we are supporting stake from 2017 or before that in PD.

 

i hope my friend @Stevewill review this with stake team.

well that's bad and it well lower their rating. There is other good casinos as well

I'm the same too, but I still receive emails (marketing? Email maybe,  but without any bonus) so I don't know why I'm not getting any for things like monthly etc.

they are not interested in bonus for active players. They want winning back players from lapsed accounts. They hired Enteractive last february with a massive win back campaign.

Vom Marketingteam erhalte ich auch keine Bonus-Mail, habe noch nie eine Bonus-Mail bekommen. Aber ich sehe andere, wie sie im Monat zwei- bis dreimal je 100 Euro Bonus-Mail bekommen.

can you guide me how to set up the (Stake email address to your contacts) and Check your subscription settings??
