Hi, i haven't received my ufc split decision refund promo from last Saturday.  I actually never receive any promo payouts unless I ask my vip host to send me the link.  I no longer have access to my vip host, and have no way of getting the link to retrieve my refund.  Can you help me with that somehow?  I believe this issue is caused by me being banned from contacting live support.  I wish I could be unbanned, as it's been years, and i will never say a single word to them, if i do, you can ban me again.  I just want access to the promo links.

Also, the stake support is trolling me.  I contacted them via email and they tell me to use the email from my stake account, so when I send them an email from my stake email, they ignore me (I've sent at least 5) and when I send an email from a different email they respond saying they can't help me unless I use my email I used with stake, and i told them I sent multiple messages from my stake email with no response and im getting very mad honestly and i dont want to take this any further than necessary.  It's only like $40.

Update.  Nobody has done anything to help me and stake stole my money.  Apparently this is an increasing problem

Update- I still have not received my UFC promo from 1.5 months ago.  As you can see, aleksander is in this thread and is aware of the issue.  Do you see him trying to help? Do you see him responding?  No you don't.  I actually just got back from a 1 month mute for unknown reasons and I will be providing weekly updates.

Just so you all know, this issue is far bigger than just this 1 UFC promo.  I am actually not receiving any kind of sports bonus that I take part in, I have also been excluded from any level up bonus because they will not contact me no matter what so there is no way to retrieve ANY bonuses on my account.  I can only receive weekly and monthly via email but any bonuses paid out via contact from stake support I do not get, including: VIP host, level up bonus casino promo rebates and sports promo rebates.  If you do not pay out my UFC promo, you guys are straight scammers and I will just take my case to askgamblers and it will be the easiest case they ever had, so if you want another stain on your rep for no reason I'll happily apply it, or you can pay me the money you owe me.  Thanks.

Update: still nothing done.  Support still ignoring all my emails from my stake email, and only responding to emails i send them from alternate email accounts and telling me to use my stake email otherwise they can't help me LMAO ok guys.  Sure
