What is wrong with bonuses?

Ive made a post before about me receiving less $$$ from monthlys ever since i got platinum 2 on stake

 

Now this month i got 35$ for lossing 800ish$ but my dad who is VIP ''BRONZE'' the shittiest VIP there is got 20$ for lossing maybe like 60$ and wagering few grand.

 

So how does this make sense at all Stake? I am getting destroyed in casino itself and the bonuses are just a joke.

Back when i was platinum 1 my bonuses were 100x better but i was not playing with more money or wagering more

Well its been like that for few months now, i contact support they always say the same ''Calculations are made by our team and we do not have accses to that''

Stake bonuses have gotten less and less over the past 2 years. I remember my weekly being 3x what it was now and my monthly used to be like 3x as well. Perhaps them having to pay for kick platform or perhaps change in formula with amount of players.  I have all screenshots of my old wagered and weekly/monthly. Idk why it change so drastically, but most casinos don't offer near what stake does still. Just wish the amount matched what it used to be
