bitcoin blocks are mined on average every ~10 minutes, having your transaction be included in a block gives it 1 block confirmation and for safety reasons most places accepting bitcoin will require at least 1 confirmation. bitcoin cash is the same thing, just with more space for more transactions in every block.

why use BTC, the fees are high and traffic of transferring is slow. as per what they had mention just use doge , LTC , XRP or something which process at a lower fee and faster phase i guess
