How many losses in roulette in a row is reasonable?

I've had a few runs this week where i'm betting 10 numbers, and losing 25 times in a row. I think odds are like 1 in 10,000 times it should happen?

Oh, I have been on a streak for the past 2 weeks, but its on instant roulette,  

I only play tiers, did 108 bets so far, the percentage of time it hit tiers is 12%, and 0 section somehow is 36%.

The only way I manage to make profit on roulette is by doubling the bet three times in a row if it hit. 

I start with a 25usd bet and try to get 3 hits in a row until the bet is 100usd, then Im out.
