Why Bonuses on Eddies Stream has always more than 2k wager ?

I dont understand why he doesn't give these code without a wager even ?

He usually as far as I see give around 3-4 codes on a stream range between 3-7 dolar per code but I dont understand why there has to be certain amount of wager at all?

Of course I understand that it is a bonus that who stays and play on more or regularly but I believe that every other aspect on stake is calculating with wagers and deposits etc at least this should be without it so that everybody can try and get code before expire.

I am playing on Stake and lost more than 50k already (If you wanna check here is my nickname on Stake Warumm ) and f@ckd my finance but I think somebody who has charge has to take some actions or think about all players not just who is spending a lot or streams etc.

I see every time there are posts about stake monthly's or weekly's yet there is no clear responses. 

Also verification KYC 2 Level bonus is a disaster , as you can see who did it already cant even recieve it

 

This are just a couple of words that I put ,I dont know if anybody will see this or not but I hope that everybody can get at least response with respect .
