Chinese investor sues OKcoin

Heya stakers , 

So a Chinese investor has filed a lawsuit against OKcoin exchange one of the largest exchange. 

The investor at the time of the fork where he got 37 BCH in his wallet there wasn't a withdraw button and when he contacted the supprot team they told that they couldn't do anything since the programmed ended while ago. 

So he filed a law suit for this.
