Do something about the Nigerian room

@AleksandarGplease kindly do something about the Nigerian chat room. Most of the users are not Nigerians, most are bots some are alts. All.they do is spam chat to farm rain. If Nigerians are not allowed to  chat in other rooms, other people without Nigerian verification should not be allowed in the Nigerian chat. At this point , I don't see the difference between the Nigeria chat and the general chat. 

I am almost losing my trust in support but I won't because I know you people are capable of fixing this. This has been going on for since the chat has been done and nothing is been done about it. 

I know you don't support partiality so I will trust your office to fix this as soon as possible. If nothing is done, most of us that love and believe in the credibility of the site will be very disappointed.
