Dice autostop malfunction made me lose a lot

so ill write here as well and well im doing dice because i love it and past 3 days total ive had 3 malfunctions when it doesnt stop at the correct time my settings were set up.

okai 1st malfunction made me lose .20$ cad so thats nothing i figured okai thats forgivable, that was 2 days ago. 
 

today morning i did some dice again and my autostop again didnt stop at correct time so i had set up that it stops at 1700 and bet 1000 should of been its last bet but it did still made a bet of 2000. (Currency mx$ this time) i figured ill just let this slide

3rd time now i lost again same way, it didnt stop at correct time i had settings set up, same stop made to do at 1700 but still did bet 2000 (currency cny).

so this is already like 400€ loss for malfunction for me, thats just too much and i understand this is gambling but losing fair way is different then losing to a malfunction.

i spoke to support, some realest irritative robot bot ive spoken to.

first he looked at my pictures and saw text on dice settings “settings work from top to bottom” (or whatever it says but same thing) and as he saw i had 6th setting to stop when my balance goes below xxx and when my bet goes higher then 1700 then stop bet.

he says thats the issue why i lost.

i made him wrong and i did demo with images where betting settings dont count from top to bottom. He was like 10 minutes shut downed as robots do, little hibernation and then he told me he sees no malfunction.

 

how is there no malfunction?

the betting didnt stop! This made me lose 400€ ish in 2 bets i did not want to make.

Refund me those 2 bigger malfunction bets. Have a tech guy look at your database and look where did i press stop, did i press bet myself, when did autobet stop, before or after etc etc.

this robot bot on support chat named NikolaSte is just dam *****.

i have never ever complained about losing money fair way, ive lost many times as more money then ive withdrawed and still i dont complain but losing money because of malfunction is this exact time i gotta complain, i know when im right about something then ill speak out as it is.

please check your database and show me and refund, thanks.

Malfunctioned now 5 times total, also have this on video but still on live chat im being told that everything works as its suppost to so basically auto stop doesnt work, its a scam.

As theyre not refunding, im gonna take this little deeper for gaming commission to review this and make theyr decision based on my evidence.

biggest scam on stake, sad but never in 3 years no incidents and now…

I have also seen that alot, either the Autobet doesn't stop when it has to or it just stops thousands of times when it shouldn't do. That's why I only use my Betting bot for the Originals anymore.
