Totomazzo Posted November 3, 2024 #1 Posted November 3, 2024 As you read in the title, Im banned from everything, all bonuses, I dont get no halloween or elections emails for a promo, I dont even recieve monthlys emails, I used to recieve a lot of stuff like "Try this casino games" or "Did you know that in stake..." that didnt even had a bonus inside of it, it was just promotion, but I dont recieve them anymore. So yeah, my account is banned from rewards. No, I didnt turn off "Recieve promotions via email" before someone asked, I already talked to support and they told me they I didnt have any restriction, but its literally impossible I dont have it after all I mentioned. And the thing that threw me off was that I wagered 40k and got to p1 some weeks ago, and I recieved 0!! recent play bonus, just the 200 base and 0 recent, plus reloads were 1 dollar for 14 days, so the lowest possible. Did someone had a similar issue? And did u solve it? Thanks and good week.

I'm afraid now that you're telling you reached platinum 1 and get zero recent gameplay bonus and only $1 reload. I'm nearly Platinum 2. Maybe I will also get this since I think I'm banned too with the promotions 🙁

They have unique requirements for each one that is not public and even Support team does not have insight into them. I encourage you to keep up with your activity in order to become eligible for many of stake bonuses.

I dont even recieve monthly bonuses, and the "recent gameplay" thing was obviously not a mistake
