For 2 weeks in a row ive entered return os the king with 500+ multipliers on keno but have not recieved a prize..can anyone help me understand why i didnt win...thanks🚀

To be eligible for The Return of the King promotion, you can't participate with Stake originals games, and you've played Keno, which is not 3rd party video slot game.

You have to play any 3rd party video slot game, except one game which has been chosen that week. 

For example, check the requirements from Week 176 🎰  Win the highest multiplier on any 3rd party video slot game except (Clumsy Cowboys - Backseat Gaming) that you can.

I don't understand why I can't play originals during the week I play third-party slots.

In this case, can't I play originals while the promotion is active and I'm participating in the third-party slots promotion?

Hello @rodrigoaux,

You can play whichever game you want and whenever you want on Stake.com

But if you want to participate in any Forum promotion you have to read the requirements of that promotion, and then you can post a valid bet ID. 

For example you can't post a bet of Stake originals games in the Return of the king promotion, you won't be eligible.

Now I understand, in this case the guy published the ID of another game, not the one from the promotion.
