I also felt cheated...i questioned about the progression of my VIP level...i deposited a lot of money...wagered well also...when I checked my progression of vip level it seems not working properly so i asked support to investigate they said there is no issues but i am Calculating my deposits and wagered amount...i also feel they cheat and fraud with players.
