MrRahul55 Posted November 7, 2024 #1 Posted November 7, 2024 So recently my friends account got banned at platinum 3 Reason? For messaging support team that he had a losing day and he is broke Is this fair? Need your honest reviews and it's not even sure yet if his account will start again Have you guys had such an experience ? Will this happen to everyone? We grind to reach higher vip levels and suddenly boom accounts banned Reason is just for messaging support I get it that it's good for the wellbeing , but no warnings no nothing straight off banned Do you guys think it's fair, he was at platinum vip level 3 and almost 4
gewetter75 Posted November 7, 2024 #2 Posted November 7, 2024 It's bad but the right way. If someone tell he is "broke" after lose all his money what would you think? They have to take responsibility about us. What would you do if some tells you that? You will let him even lose more money and let him continue ruin his life? Yes we are all gambling, we all lose more than we can not afford but don't be stupid like this to lose all and then write the support in hope to get something back Greetz gewetter
deenlucifer Posted November 7, 2024 #3 Posted November 7, 2024 He himself submitted the reason that's why they excluded him stake new exclude anyone my by their choice
Azynda Posted November 7, 2024 #6 Posted November 7, 2024 If you say this in Livechat on different gambling sites aswell, they will instantly lock. Kinda normal because your expressing ur situation badly to them and theres alot of security gambling features on all gambling sites.
SalsaCannabis Posted November 7, 2024 #7 Posted November 7, 2024 Well, when I reached live support and asked about have my account locked, they gave me about 10+ options, 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 2w, 1month, etc and definitely. They dont take action randomly, the guy made a decision.. irreversible I guess. I dont see any mistake from support.

How many times have you heard streamers say it jokingly? 12 hours ago, Azynda said: If you say this in Livechat on different gambling sites aswell, they will instantly lock. After grinding for 2 years to earn that vip level?
kahitohoga Posted November 8, 2024 #9 Posted November 8, 2024 Gamblers find the way to gamble... No one can stop them...
brettalan6555 Posted November 8, 2024 #10 Posted November 8, 2024 why the hell would they give him a warning if he just blatantly told them he lost all his money and he is broke? literally admitting he has a gambling problem. A warning will do nothing because he will just say dont block the account because he has the addiction. They've literally done the right thing. If your friend isn't ACTUALLY broke, he's stupid for saying he is to a casino's live support. If your friend actually is broke, this is a blessing for him.

What did he expect anyway, Tell customer service that he lost all and hes broke and livesupport gonna gift him a million dollars? kappa.
Tina33 Posted November 8, 2024 #12 Posted November 8, 2024 Before you message support like this first you need to read terms and conditions also read Responsible Gambling FAQ's Stake does not force you to gambling it's totally depends on you if send messages like that you can expect results like this
