athena2007 Posted August 11, 2018 #1 Posted August 11, 2018 This restaurant is in Pranburi PRACHUAP KIRI KHAN THAILAND ... its been going for 5 generations , there is a sign outside that if you want your soup -ramen in 3 minutes your have come to the wrong place this place was a stall many hundred of years ago...the soups are quite expensive at 1.20 dollars....LOL You may chose what soup you would like i like a seafood tom yum ramen its call Cue Diaow Talay .. and my daughter likes a Jet Tau Foo .. its a kinda chinese name with red sauce in and hard squid jelly fish and other sea food...and chickens blood,, Beef soup and many other dishes are on offer .. i will update the address when i go pass there again ..... It has one of the richest and deep flavored soups and the chewiest noodles I have ever tried. We went back to thank the owner and asked him what his secret was since we tried cooking home noodles at home and they were not as nearly as good as the ones we had at the shop. The old man was very helpful and showed us his commercial food preparation equipment specifically slicer. It was amazing. We bought one for our house and yes it’s a little big but it’s worth it.
