Wrong information of odds led to wrong information on players serve

Hello everyone,

I have been using stake for a while for sports bet especially on tennis.i have a complaint now...

As some of players knows that when a player has his own serve the odds are around 1.10 in this case the odds are 1.07 which clearly states that the serve was of alcaraz ....but they changed the odds are the last moment.

Due to this wrong information I had placed my bet on alcaraz thinking it was the serve of alcaraz which wasn't . Isn't it clearly stakes fault for misleading the information and the odds which lead to wrong bet placed .

As you can clearly see in the image I had placed the bet on sinner yesterday knowing that the odds are 1.07 which clearly states that it was sinners serve. The bet was placed clearly but sinner lost to his seve which means I am one at the fault here . Knowing that it's completely my wrong decision which lead to my loss . So I didn't complain about that . Now this time it's clearly stake at fault so shouldn't I complain ???

Pls refund my money back stake as it was clearly not my fault .the image above is not altered.

As per my understanding, you have placed the bet on alcaraz to win 1st Game of 1st Set at 1.07 odds when alcaraz had 2 break points, but turns out Ruud had saved his serve which resulted in you losing that bet. Correct me if I am wrong.

unfortunately you are wrong.....the odds never went to 1.07 at break the odds were 1.22 and pls read it first

i have read it again and now my new understanding is that u have placed the bet at wrong odds of 1.07 which led you to believe it was alcaraz's serve and stake later corrected the odds? that makes sense now.  I must say I have faced the same situation before, not with stake but with another provider.

Don't remember how it was resolved back then. let me dig through the support emails and see what happened.
