2: On average, I spend about 6-11 hours a day in the Stake.com chat. I enjoy being part of the community, staying engaged, and helping out where I can. My time varies depending on my schedule, but I’m consistently active and committed to contributing positively

3; A chat moderator on a platform like Stake.com is responsible for keeping the conversation running smoothly and ensuring a positive environment for users. Their main tasks include enforcing the platform’s rules (like no spamming, begging, or abusive behavior), answering basic user questions, resolving minor disputes, and reporting serious issues to higher staff. They also help maintain the community vibe by being friendly and approachable, often acting as a bridge between users and the platform. It’s about keeping the chat fun, fair, and on-topic

4: I want to become a moderator on Stake.com chat because I’m passionate about the community and love being part of its energy. I spend a lot of time here, and I’d like to give back by helping keep the chat fun, fair, and welcoming for everyone. I enjoy assisting others, enforcing the rules consistently, and making sure new and regular users alike have a great experience

5: one time but now

I always follow the rules and aim to keep my interactions positive and respectful. I value the community too much to risk breaking its guidelines

If you have been warned or muted before, you could tweak it like this: “I did get a warning once a while back for [briefly explain, e.g., accidentally posting in the wrong channel], but I learned from it, and it hasn’t happened since. I’m fully committed to the rules now!” Keep it honest and show growth

6: I have been a moderator on another platform yet, but I’m eager to take on the role here on Stake.com. I’ve spent a lot of time in chats, including this one, observing how moderators keep things running smoothly, and I’m confident I can bring that same dedication and fairness to the job. I’m a quick learner and ready to step up

7: “Yes, I’m totally prepared to work at nighttime! I’m already active in the Stake.com chat during various hours, and I’m flexible with my schedule. Whether it’s late-night shifts or early mornings, I’m ready to step in and keep the chat running smoothly whenever I’m needed

1)What is your Stake username?

Ani273

2)How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?

I typically spend around 8-10 hours on chat daily, actively engaging with the community and participating in discussions.

3)Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

A moderator's role is to ensure that the chat remains respectful, friendly, and inclusive. This includes enforcing platform rules, resolving conflicts, addressing disruptive behavior, and helping new users feel welcome. Moderators also act as role models, setting an example for positive and constructive interactions within the community.

4)Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I want to become a moderator because I feel that many people believe only high-level players, like those with Platinum status, can be trusted as moderators. This perception can discourage new players from fully trusting the chat environment. I want to change that mindset by showing that even low-level players can be responsible, trustworthy, and effective moderators. I aim to bridge the gap and help new players feel more included and comfortable.

5)Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?

Yes, I was banned 3 to 4 times when I was a newcomer. At the time, I was unfamiliar with the rules and accidentally violated them. However, I’ve since learned from that experience and made sure to strictly follow the platform’s guidelines.

6)Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

While I haven’t been a moderator on any other platform, my active participation in the Stake chat has given me a solid understanding of the responsibilities involved. I am confident in my ability to handle the role with fairness and professionalism.

7)Are you prepared to work at nighttime?

Yes, I am fully prepared to work nighttime shifts. I understand the importance of having moderators active at all hours to maintain the chat’s smooth operation and ensure a safe environment for everyone.

THANK YOU 😊

B. How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?

I got bills to pay, which makes me work full time. If not, I would be on chat all the time as it fun congratulations winner when they share their happiness on the chat showing the big win tickets/betslips. Consolidating who share their losses and motivating is also what I like. There are times when I end shift and stay logged on or rather hooked to Live Chat till next day when I sign in abd start my shift.

When I have breaks at work I spend my time on chat. I should say hooked on sharing and congratulating winners.

C. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

A chat moderator is someone who is the first line of defence and makes sure that the live chat is a place for guidance guiding anyone an everyone with questions. Live chat option at stake has its pros and cons which I have listed below and yes these can only be controlled by a living human being and not automated bots.

1. CHAT is a temple where rookie becomes a pro.

Chat is a place where gamblers evolve. It's should be maintained as a place for evolution and ground zero for new Stakers to learn, grow and yes have fun with entertainment. Humans are pots filled of emotions and when there is entertainment we learn to cherish the moment and Chat should remain that temple of learning and that decorum needs to be maintained and not place to scare and shut all everyone.

2. Support when no guidance is available.

Chat is a place where players look for support specially if they are new to the site. Guidance is what they want and unlike live support, chat can provide that guidance and reduce the unnecessary traffic on live support.

3. Ying and yang.

With good come bad. Believing Stake is the biggest platform giving deposit and bonus options thru crypto, here on Chat many player fall victim to scammers causing a great despair to Stake's reputation causing dilemma off Stake being a fraudulent website and increase bad publicity which leads in the increasing number of scammers being part of Chat and harming Stakers (players on stake) both mentally and financially. Stopping and finding these scammers is one of the many role chat moderator should play rather then being snake and giving way to these worms who will digest Stake from with in. Chat should remain scam free zone for a happy and safe gambling platform.

4. Keep the lost hope away from the Temple of learning.

Every religious temples have individuals who have lost hope in life and just wanders around looking for spare change.

Tipping people is a way of sharing happiness for many blockbuster winners. But there is a crowd who just request (beg) for tips left right and center spamming Chat and stopping Chat Mod from actually supporting and keeping the Chat entertaining and happy place.

There is also a crowd of gamblers who arre addicted to winning rush behaving like a homeless junkie requesting a hit I mean they keep requesting for small tips in hopes that the next win will give them rush. Recognizing these characters and assisting them by guiding them to safe gamble options also should be part of Chat Mod. (If it's not then I would be responsible enough when I find them and guide them)

Requesting for tips should never be a thought or an option for Stakers simply because Stake a house for winning money and not accumulating funds form these small tip requests.

Stake is a place for safe gamble not a place promoting these behavior.

5. Bonuses and Fairplay publicity.

Every one loves bonus in some form or another. Eligiblility for bonuse differs from Stakers to Stakers. Wagering, Stakers tenure and level, etc etc. Discussing these in the group can be good publicity, but sharing the links for the same is not a good move simply because these are tailor made for each Stakers and it is disappointing for the fellow Stakers who try to claim the bonus but won't receive as they have not met the eligibility criterias which creates a dilemma that Stake is partial towards a certain person, group, race or religion causing bad publicity. Bonuses should create wave of challenge and sportsmanship not be a hurdle for Stake and Stakers to grow.

6. Rain (not sure if Chat Mod drops rain)

The most important thing "Rain". When there is drought only one thing can save everything that is rain. Maintained fairness and timely rain brings the joy amongst the Stakers so this should be fair. As rain is blessing for few and many, this distribution and randomness should be genuine. (Not a complain and not sure if Rain is showered by Chat Mod but have seen rain tips given to few individuals 7 times in a row showcasing potential scam or partiality)

7. Keeping the decorum of Chat.

Gamblers quit just before being a millionaire stopping at the 10th mile. Gamblers quit betting on sports or casino when they see a streak of losses.

Quiting is not the concern, its the bad publicity that spread by claiming Stake being a rigged platform. These quitters not just quit and spread rumors but take those few new registered Stakers o. The website and cause unwanted attention. Controlling these quiters are very important to maintain the decorum of the platform.

8. Guidance

Fact check, there are gamblers who loose and then starts the game of impulsive wrong moves. Finding these impulsive better and guidance to control their impulsive behavior can be an extra task at hand but it's one key that betting platforms should use to keep the door open to a safe gambling and better publicity. Impulsive betters give business but if it's controlled then the damage this can cause to the platform cannot be controlled.

This is a fact for all beginners they tend to follow big legends and sports betslips given to them. But when things go other direction there is wave of trauma and self doubt of being a failure can effect mentally. Gambling is an Art and it should be kept art. Not all are artist, but art is loved buy all and all want to be artistic some times.

9. Chat is an anonymous platform and it should remain the same.

Chat option on Stake is a platform that acts like a social media for gamblers. Gamblers are the most trusted and possessive creature. Making sure that Chat platform remain anonymous and personal details are not share is the most difficult jib for a Chat Mod as the chats sent dissappear afer few new messages.

When there is a request or attempt of contact being shared among the Stakers, A Chat Mod should be quick like Flash to stop this from happening.

10. Fake news and false facts.

Internet is filled with fake news and false facts that rupture Stake and can cause a wave of uncertainty. Life is filled with uncertainty which doesn't mean Live Chat should be filled with it.

11. Personal experience on Stake.

Waiting for my first monthly bonus, I was online and noticed few people taking about bonus link shared on platforms like Telegram, reddit, X etc.

And then my details were being leaked and I was part of a scam.

A dialog of Dwayne Johnson still echos within my conscience and it goes like this, "ITS ONLY A SCAM IF YOU FALL FOR IT". We'll experience in life got me from being a sacrificial goat and I got saved. Not all have encountered these situations. Live chat should not be a way of scammers to scam Stakers.

D. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I am Indian and betting can be seen in the history of India. From the Gods and Kings of this land to peasants every one loves to gamble. Betting is in the roots of India and it flows in our blood. Gambling had always been a part of Indian history from The mythological story of India called "Mahabharat" whose foundation was gambling and how the history of the most populated county was carved thru when the dice that was rolled by "Shakuni" which started one of the greatest war in the history of India. I am born and bought up in India. Talking about personal growth. I have seen both the struggles of Street when my parents were divorced. But that way Universe paving it's way teaching me how house hold differs when my Step-dad got into my life who got thought me the life style difference.

Not talking about religion coz it create boundaries. But being part of 2 different religions I learn that gambling is part of human history and it can make and break entire clan or families.

I have worked for in many different sectors, from IT to services, from banking to health (health as a sales person but did learn alot there).

Currently I work full time into customer service. With sales flowing within my blood where i have handled ticket size from just ₹30 to ₹4,500,0000. I also like helping and guiding individuals who need guidance or assistance in anything may come. 29 years of life experience have thought me one thing that is peace is difficult and there will always be those who hate peace and order. On live Chat hatered is always seen being shared and disrupting the decorum.

Sales is all about your rapport with your. Clients and have come across discussion about sports and sports bets and also got some betting tips for the upcoming live matches.

Betting and Gambling is leasure for many. Art for few and way of making king money for the lucky ones.

Now a days as I switched my work profile I get to Interact with average of 37 client a day, resolving their issues with a sales thru service conversion of 30%. I am blessed with the skill of finding the bad fish which I acquired with 29 years of life experience and still learning.

I can make sure I can keep the live chat platform trouble free with eliminating the treats that I mention in answer for question C Like scammers etc.

Since I had my conscience kicked in, I dreamt of a safer gambling place for the crowd. And after betting on multiple platforms I don't want to make this happy place anymore as Stake is the one and rather than making a new platform I would rather love to be apart of Stake and maybe a Chat moderator will be the stepping stone and grow Stake to be the only and best place for gamblers and sports betters.

Fantasy gaming is a go to option for sports betting for every one here as it give easy access and is all dominating Indian market.

Talking about Indian market and love for sports specially cricket, ICC Champions trophy finals had more than 85cr live views. With proper marketing, India can be the largest Customer hub for Stake with online betting. There is a lot of work but it take patience and lot of pressure turning coal into diamond.

E. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?

Yes, I have faced a ban for 14 days for trading on the chat platform and sharing phone number. A staker was willing to exchange 20-30 USDT (not sure of count) for INR and I offered him ₹1800-₹2000 (doesnt remember what I  exactly offered but i would make few bucks) and the Staker agreed to sell USDT aty quoted price sok I shared my what's app number asking him to reach me, and drum rolls, I was muted for 14 days for sharing personal info and trading. And I wasn't aware when I made the call for the trade and shared personal info.

I belive Universe knows to get the work done and that's how I got to know there about the role of a Chat Moderator.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

Moderator for a platform like Stake, no.

I have been Moderator for short term events like movie shoots, party events etc. I happend to have experience working as a work flow manager for a reputed company handling a work of over 500-600 employees at a time and loved the job.

F. Are you prepared to work at nighttime

Absolutely, dream come true work time for me.

As per my current work schedule I stay active on the chat mostly during night time.

P.S.

Hopping the Chat moderators get paid because then I can take this job as a full timer and switch my job rather than working 2 jobs.

Thank you and I appropriate this chance.
