Glad to know we get opportunity to contribute into such promotions/challenges. My stake username is xiiingh.
 

I would suggest that Stake must divide their winners as per their VIP levels so that people from each level get a fair chance of winning. Because people from Gold, Diamond and Platinum are in those levels because they wager a lot.
 

But for those in the bronze and silver, they cannot wager a lot. Hence, they are already ruled out of the races/ challenges.
 

So what I suggest is that there must be separate race for players from each VIP level, and they race among the players who potentially wager the same amount as them. This would build interest among the players since they will hold a higher chance of winning something from the race/ challenge than the existing ones. 
 

Lower the VIP level, lower the rewards. And vice versa, which makes sense since players wagering more on the higher VIP levels must be rewarded more.

I’d suggest a roulette rush tournament, because not a lot goes on for players who love to play roulette on stake.

Objective
Players aim to accumulate the most win streak within a set time frame (e.g., 30 minutes) by placing bets on a live roulette game which will earn them tickets on the leaderboard where at the end of the tournament the top players with the most win streak gets the prize.

My advice is that like in a preference in

PLINKO-  There can be a new upgrades like in a number of designated bets there will be a guaranteed big multi or in between there can be a new win option as double in which the balls which hits that is converts into 2 balls of same amount but it will not take extra amount in simple one ball of the amount is at free is dropped from the top this feature can amaze people and there will a new face of plinko !!!

And in other games too these type can be added as in lika bonus wheel including the multi only which multi win amount

I think Stake should have more timely competitions for chasing a certain X within a particular time frame and also there should be more chances to get that X during that period.  And gradually, the X changes over again with time so this will keep the players really excited and going about it.
