I think it would be really helpful if users could receive notifications when they win a challenge here in the forum. For example, a tag notification to inform us of the win. I recently won in the Euroleague Points Battle Round 9, but I only found out because someone told me. A notification system would make it easier for participants to stay updated.

Even if its just here in the forum, if have tag notification would really be helpful

It would be a good feature, but not a must have feature. 

First thing is the time window to claim the reward, and second the forum also aims to promote user engagement. You register your participation and do not remember to come back and check? You can enable email notifications and more. 

There are several other improvements that have more priority.

You can easily find out if you are eligible for Forum promotions prizes. For example, if you have submitted a bet ID for the Return of the King promotion first you need to do is to take a look at the timer in the opening post of every promotion, it looks like this:

It shows when the promotion is going to end, you also have the exact date and time under the timer. When the promotion ends we usually pay them out in the next 48 hours. So all you have to do is to go back to that promotion in the next 48 hours and see if it's paid out. 

Return of the King promotion will again be just an example here, open Forum and click on VIP promotions:

Then click on "Finished":

Open the last Return of the King promotion and go to the last page, if the promotion is paid out you will find this: 

There you can find a coupon link and you can check if you are eligible or not.

I understand your explanation, but I think the process isn't very user-friendly and feels like it requires a lot of effort. Most of the time, we don't invest much hope or attention in challenges we join, often just making random guesses. As a result, it doesn’t create a memorable experience or encourage deeper engagement
