I won a bet and was not credited

I made that sports bet before going to sleep, when I woke up I saw it as won but the money was not credited to me, I was writing to support all day until tonight they gave me a response telling me if I had been credited since I continued playing , (but I continued playing with a balance that I already had) They NEVER gave me the funds for this bet
