I think with a good sized bank roll like 40 bitcoin it would be best to satisfy the cashout term doing a 50/50 type of bet or on roulette betting both red and black. You would lose to the greens only and I am pretty sure this is one way to get through the play through limits.... I am not sure though. It is worth discussing with the casino team to make sure it would not disqualify you from cashing out if you do a hedged bet like this. Only with a huge bank roll- but yes, Martingale would do it I think.
