Kinkys8n Posted November 20, 2024 #1 Posted November 20, 2024 Hey guys, my account got temporarily locked and I was required to do level 4 kyc to get it unlocked. I have now completed it and sent an email to [email protected] to get it unlocked, however i have not received any response or update from them for 3 days now. I understand they may be busy but I deposited a decent amount and have a decent amount in my balance that I cannot withdraw. I have done everything they asked me to (lvl 4 kyc) but I haven't heard back for almost over 3 days. Is the only thing I can do wait or is there any way I can get them to provide an update faster? Zamia2001 Posted November 20, 2024 #5 Posted November 20, 2024 the fear of some when having big balance and suddenly locked up un expectedly maybe for some reasons..better maintain a minimal amount and take away some incase of such event Best way is to follow up through email or message support team regarding the status...i thinktheres a need for more patience.. I hope your case will be resolve soon😊

I have no clue, I just deposited a large amount made some sports bets and couldn't withdraw. I've contacted support daily and it's the same response "we have no control over this as it's not our department, please wait for the respective department to respond". I just feel like 3 days is a long time to be waiting with no updates after I did everything they asked me for
