First time playing Scarab spin and I dont understand multiplayer #help

I just had this win on one line one cent but I don't understand how does 200x come into play as you can see in the second snip that 4 red gems are 5? Just trying to understand how this game works.

Payout for 4 red gems (1 line) is 100x since you hit them with a wild, it make your win payout to 200x. If you hit it in bonus round that would be 600x

When you open the paytable info try to adjust the line as well, then you could see the payout of each symbol in your preferred lines

Thanks I think I understand it now, am I right in saying if I had 10 lines it would be x50? with wild x100?
