That's how the world works.  Just like if you walk into a cable company and ask for a cable package, you get the listed price, however a door to door sales person for that same company might go door to door offering the same package you have, but for much cheaper, because the sales person is approaching the customer and trying to persuade them to buy.  You approached stake ready and willing to kyc.  The ones that refuse need additional persuasion i.e. $250 bonus
