so i hit for 22409try on roosters revenge on a 400try buy, after i won i took a screenshot of the win because it was like a 5000x win, i left the game and the win did not add up to my balance aswell as the 400try I bought also vanished with no bet history or any proof of it that happened other than the screenshot I have, the support team is useless and wont help all thanks to eddie if he didnt cheap out maybe they would help a bit. But yeah to sum it up i won big the bet id is not available and the only proof i have os a screenshot sounds like a lie maybe idk

Robbed by Evolution & Stake

 

Same story last night with me on a 8k usd win. Read below

Last eve at 00:32 UTC i was scammed by @Evo_global on Lightning storm. My bet was on and through. When it came to the payout of 2000x i just was not paid. In the end @Stake told me that the provider rejected my bet. Refunded my bet 2 hours later and thats it. @StakeEddie. @Evo_global support was ignorant and uncooperative and did not even acknowledge such a round existed. @Stake did not look out for my interest and just refunded me the bet 2 hours later. That meant the bet was IN! And since there was no technical error/bet rejection on my screen. Only then did it make sense that i was robbed and got a refund 2 hours later. For an organic player like myself this is robbery. It was a $4 bet and 2000x meant 8k USD. But they chose to give this lame excuse. Even VIP host was just playing ping pong with me. I am appalled and this is disgraceful. Bet ID 298556692064 (stake)
