A Picture with 1 Mine off say nothing, 

If the mine is the calculated number 1, your pattern would not hit overall even with one mine... you can find the calculation to verify via "Fairness". 

As an example, look at the following picture, the first picture on the left is my bet with 12 mines, next to it the verified bet and on the far right reduced to the mine number. So the same bet with 4 mines would have been red, only with 1, 2 or 3 mines my bet would be green
