My 14 day reload was deactivated by stake and claim was not credited

I received this resolution from stake support when I asked what happened to my 14 day reload , he said because you levelled up too quick that made your new reload activated and hence deactivating the reload bonus already present in my account. I BELIEVE THAT LEVELLING UP AND PLAYING TOO MUCH ON YOUR PLATFORM HAS NEGAYIVELY IMPACTED ME AND ONLY TO LOOSE FOR INVESTING MY TIME AND MONEY HERE. 

 

Is this right on stakes part ?

 

" Sadly, since you were credited for reaching Platinum I and Platinum II on the same day, your 28 day Reload replaced your 14 day one.

 

In cases when Reload bonus is activated while there is already one active, you only get to claim the new one.
