Banned from claiming codes

Dear Stake,

This has happened twice already. There has to be something wrong with your restriction rules on claiming codes. I understand that you are trying to avoid bots from abusing claiming codes. Again, I got banned last week, served the 7 day sentence. Whole week even with a 14k wager I did not claim any TG code so that I can watch Eddie's Stream, enjoy and claim some codes. Low and behold, after claiming the first two codes - 7 and 6 dollars, my account is again banned from claiming codes.

All I want is a review of your policy. There has to be something wrong. Please enlighten me on why would I get banned after claiming two code. Again, I did not claim any code all week.
