It has become completely impossible to play. During the game, a message constantly appears to contact support.
After the message is issued, the game is overloaded, the bet is lost from the balance. It turns out that the bet is written off and the results of the game are not visible.
I contacted support and provided screenshots. But I did not receive any help. They ask for bet numbers. It is not clear where to get these numbers
And why should I even look for any numbers? Support sees my account, sees what I am playing. I provided screenshots. They, as a support service, should figure out what and how
and not I, the player, should sit and figure it out. And their advice to change the browser, change the mirror, what does this have to do with it? If both the site and the game open fine for me, but the game does not work
and it gives a message when you place a bet to contact them. Also, often when a bet is made, the win is not counted, but a message is given to contact support and then the game overloads.
It seems to me that not the player, but the support service should figure out what and how. I have provided all the screenshots. I will not make any more deposits to the stake.
