Why the rain start suddenly to pass me?

If when the drops are banned, then a letter arrives, then when it rains nothing comes, but you understand this, and the support claims that there is no such function. Obviously, it is, perhaps automatic, but why ban rains on a minus account without normal conclusions and with permanent deposits? Who has faced this and knows the reason?

The reason is only known to the marketing team. Support doesn’t even know it exists, so don’t bother asking for help there because they won’t be able to assist you... Don’t worry, it’s not your fault; there are many of us in the same situation. In general, they took away the benefit from those of us who were always more active in the chat, the ones who built the community. It doesn’t matter if the account is positive or negative... it happens to whoever it happens to.

If you redeem many bonuses, participate in the Return of the King, the Chaos Collector, and all the challenges in the forum, plus being part of the community (chatting in your room), it’s very likely that you’ll be banned from the rain for SEVEN days, unbanned for 24 hours (or less), and then banned again. You’ll have to get used to it or move to another site; unfortunately, that’s how it is. Cheers!

The marketing department is absolute shit and everyone is responsible for this problem. They are constantly banning rain for users who bet. They are all liars. This casino is getting worse every day.

Ive been banned from rain 3 Times last month. All lasting exactly 7 days. And my viphost is clueless about it 😪

Very easy to see in norwegian chat if your banned since its only 7-8 active at night.
