"Player not found" error while transfering funds

Hello, we faced strange error with my friend, I can send tip to her, but another person can't (transfers for him are not locked, he can transfer to other players, but not her), he gets error: "Player not found" - anyone knows why does it happen?
We tried to ask support, they don't tell us

Maybe the account who send it is ignored by your friend account

Yeah I thought about it, but as far as I know it is not ignored

The person who was not able to tip your friend should contact Support, and they will assist him further.
