I am looking for it to be within 0.02 of a whole number. (2.00x, 3.00x, 4.00x, 123.00x would all work but 1.23x and 5.09 would not)

I dont understand your question, so I can't help you I was trying with 1 satoshi, as you mentioned and even with a custom 7 bombs I couldn't cashout before picking at least 2 mines... also the message that shows the multiplier is not working (at least not for me)
