Denied my next VIP level benefits

When I reached platinum VIP level 2. I was denied from level up bonus and other perks. This reason told was that I m receiving affiliate benefits. But for me I never received any affiliate benefits nor I talked to any affiliate manager for any benefit.

I received all the previous level up bonuses without any issue. I'm a normal player who used his own money to play. By denying the level up benefits is not fair.

do anyone else face this problem? any suggestion how to sort this out.
