why stake is so s**t?

last week wagered like 15k  with a small profit of 400$, and these "good people" sent me email where they saying that i can not redeem drops anymore.

i've tried to reach support to know the reason, but they couldn't help me, saying that they know as much as I am..

 

now this damn site doesen't play anymore at all
