Banned without any reason given

A couple of weeks ago, my account was abruptly banned. I contacted customer service and was told I had breached terms of service, but she had no idea what I had supposedly done. I was later contacted by a different Stake support agent after making a trustpilot review, and he did not know either.

Does stake have any actual proper customer support (not the live chat) that one can get in touch with?
