Go to setting and offer and the top one is the affiliate code

He means what code he used to sign up.

 

Once you sign up, who you play under is no longer your business.  That person gets a cut of your play as long as you play.  It literally is an agreement between Stake and the referrer, with the refer-ee not a part of it.
