Telegram notifications for wagger bonuses

Hello,

 

somebody can tell me how I can efficiently be warned when a new wagger bonus conde is poping up in telegram on iOS. Nowadays the 25$ go very quickly and I miss many of them cause I’m too late. I would like that my phone is going out sleeping mode and pop a notification when it’s coming. But I didn’t find yet a possibility to get it except by unlocking my phone first. 
 

Any tricks ?
