Stake accounts verification - reward ?

Is there any chance for stake to give any kind of reward to the accounts that already verified at least level 2 ? I verified my account for level 2 without receiving email to verify my account. I got nothing for verifying my account. ( At the time I am at bronze level )

My friend who is silver level vip already done level 1 verification and he received mail to verify his account for level 2. At first stake offer nothing to him to do the level 2 verification and he just ignore it. At later date stake offer him 25$ just to do the level 2 verification and he got reward for it. ( I also seen similar cases for other people )

If there is nothing stake will do for the accounts which are already verified, I am going to wait to do the level 3 and 4 verification till stake offer me some reward.
