I was playing on VND for fun but limbo decided to take it all away by throwing 37 LOSSES. YES 37 LOSSES ON A FRICKING 4X

Is that even possible 💀

Okay, let me calculate that one for you.

I'll solve this step by step using probability calculations.

First, let's identify the key information:

Probability of the event occurring (p) = 24.5% = 0.245

Probability of the event NOT occurring (q) = 1 - 0.245 = 0.755

Number of consecutive times we want the event to NOT happen = 37

The probability of the event NOT happening 37 consecutive times is calculated by raising the probability of non-occurrence to the power of 37: P(no occurrence in 37 tries)=(0.755)37P(\text{no occurrence in 37 tries}) = (0.755)^{37}P(no occurrence in 37 tries)=(0.755)37

Let's calculate this: 0.75537≈0.00000002=2×10−80.755^{37} \approx 0.00000002 = 2 \times 10^{-8}0.75537≈0.00000002=2×10−8

This means the likelihood of the event not happening 37 times in a row is extremely small: about 0.000002%.

To express this as a percentage, I'll convert the scientific notation: 0.00000002 × 100% = 0.000002%

btw, I don't see 37 loses in a row in you screenshots

What you need is a simple calculation to get your answer. Its probability is there, and yes, you can go 50 times without hitting 4x in Limbo. Its no big deal.
