Stake manual

I wish there was some kind of manual for stake. I dont know about anyone else but i had an extremely tough time figuring out stake. Well the social part at least. Im not very computer literate, my knowledge of crypto is limited and i dont really do social media. I never had a telegram account, discord account, kick account or any other social media platform. I didnt understand the forum on here or how to navigate it. Im not sure if they make it difficult on purpose but for me it was daunting. So my suggestion is that you have a manual on here that tells you what to sign up for, how to do it and the reason for doing it like the different promotions that each social media platform offers. Thank you
