Email from stake, my account cant claim bonus drop for 7 days, why??

I get email from stake that i cant claim any bonus drop from tele or media social for 7 days, is anyone have same experience with me ?? why stake restricted that???

i miss 14 days drop claim in christmas event and stream, i get twice restricted email, why stake??
