Why I never get a bonus from live support

All casinos no matter what gives you little bit of filler after lose or ath except stake... I lost 5k in 2 days but support says unfortunately there is no bonus as always for 2 whole years

On Stake bonuses better than in any casino. Its boost, pre-, post- & montly, also  rains and so on. I havent idea why you never got anything.
