MonstahDev Posted December 17, 2024 #1 Posted December 17, 2024 Stake disabled my account after I deposited and when I ask for explanation they say I have breached ToS and failed to successfully complete the level 2 verification on their external verification procedure through Veriff even though they accepted same document + selfie for the normal level 2 verification on Stake. They won't allow me to withdraw or verify further. They refuse to give any further information I request. Isn't this the same company that says "You can withdraw any cryptocurrency funds even if you choose not to complete Level 2 verification. Stake will never withhold your money, and withdrawals are always available. ". The company evidently breaks their own ToS & misleads their customers whilst I am the one of being accused of something they cannot prove? I ask that the staff do not remove this post and finally address this problem. I am simply explaining my experience so users can see insight into how this company operates.

RE-verif is because they suspect you are bullshitting them that you are who it says you are, and now require the AI software to make sure. this is what you agreed to and isn't something to flood the forums crying about as its common sense u cant do face scan reverification on a picture LOL in the end they saved you money so be happy
abcde1208 Posted December 17, 2024 #3 Posted December 17, 2024 hey brother, how much funds struck in your account.

They refuse to let me provide further documents to let me withdraw my funds. They need to give me solutions to withdraw. They can't just refuse. Plus even if I had failed it somehow this still doesn't negate the fact they are misleading with their statements about never holding withdrawals which was main reason I use Stake in first place. $24.8k
kustomeee Posted December 17, 2024 #5 Posted December 17, 2024 What’s tos EXACTLY say for your situation?
MonstahDev Posted December 17, 2024 Author #6 Posted December 17, 2024 22 minutes ago, kustomeee said: What’s tos EXACTLY say for your situation? 4.23 of their ToS, which states "If Stake closes Your Stake Account it will inform You of the available means to withdraw the remaining balance on Your Stake Account.". Also on their articles, emails and messages from stake staff on level 2 verification they always said its optional and i would always be able to withdraw which is the main reason i use stake. They baited me into depositing and now i am held. Thats a case of misrepresentation. in terms of the level 2 verification on the site i also had to provide selfie with document and paper showing date and my username which they accepted. So how can they not see its me. I dont know what is wrong with my veriff verification, if anything was, because they refuse to tell me information about it and wont let me provide any further documents so i am stuck with disabled account. Thats not fair treatment of customer.
myarcp Posted December 17, 2024 #7 Posted December 17, 2024 try checking again and try to verify again, if there is a problem with the description, previously I had the problem that the photo description had to be straight
