all the winners announced = bet higher than $0.10 ?
because the 2 claims allegation made on the forum = bet at $0.10

probably he did not look for winners with the right "minimum bet"

That's correct.

They use some form of automatic system that detects all the eligible bets, not like they manually check everything. Seems like since crypto value has been going down, 10 cents bets didn't get detected by the system.
