Suci213 Posted December 22, 2024 #1 Posted December 22, 2024 My Username - Aeroz34 I created a Stake account, verified it using my ID, and deposited $5000 on October 19, 2024, to place bets. Unfortunately, I lost that amount, so I deposited another $11,485. Shortly after, Stake suddenly suspended my account, and it has now been over two months since this happened. Currently, my account balance shows $13,841. I’ve already lost approximately $2,650, and I have not made any profits through gambling. My account was verified at Level 2, but now they’re demanding Level 4 verification. At this point, I have absolutely no trust in them. I am not willing to send my selfie photo as I believe this is an unfair request. I have proof of every deposit I made and every bet I placed on the platform. I have done nothing wrong, and I feel Stake is trying to scam me by holding my funds hostage. I strongly request that Stake return my deposited funds. I assure everyone reading this that I haven’t earned a single dollar from gambling on their platform. If I had made any significant winnings, I could have understood them scrutinizing my account. However, their current behavior is nothing short of fraudulent. Please return my deposited money. If this issue is not resolved, I will share my experience on every platform possible. My advice to others: do not trust sites like this with your money. They act like scammers when it comes to withdrawals.
gadjelovia Posted December 23, 2024 #2 Posted December 23, 2024 Was this resolved? Did you deposit the money and instantly try to withdraw without wagering any? This could be to anti money laundering as it does look suspicious making a deposit and instantly withdrawing it...
abcde1208 Posted December 23, 2024 #3 Posted December 23, 2024 @Suci213I'm also face this issue in 3 months ago, same thing happened with me I'm deposit and lost, and deposit again 13000$ so they immediately suspended my account, currently I'm completely my level 2 verification so they allow me to withdrawal and play with stake
crisulu Posted December 23, 2024 #4 Posted December 23, 2024 (edited) I never heard someone getting his account suspended with no withdrawal option without doing something shady. Sorry not sorry. Whenever a post like this appeared, it ended up that the subject wanted to withdraw to another address after just a small wager, tipped people that ended up to got suspended for money laundering or other ToS. steel0777 Posted December 23, 2024 #5 Posted December 23, 2024 issue may be he has 2 or more accounts. or issue may be he is not the owner of account. issue may be someone else also trying to contact support as their account stolen. issue may be the transactions are not came from 1 wallet like deposited from many different wallets. i am sure if u are real owner after u complete the verification u will be able to do full access. do what they request. and make sure those emails coming right from them, there are many fake emails similir to their and they try to stole accounts. those things happenend with me . stay positive they dont need ur 13k, its not big deal for them
skleven Posted December 23, 2024 #7 Posted December 23, 2024 Eddie has stated time and time again that they never do this. Just withdrawal only mode.
Suci213 Posted December 23, 2024 Author #8 Posted December 23, 2024 It has been two months since they froze my funds, claiming I had two accounts. This is unfair. What’s the best decision I can make to address this? 4 hours ago, skleven said: Eddie has stated time and time again that they never do this. Just withdrawal only mode. How many others like me have had their funds frozen in this manner? Isn’t this a scam? I didn’t win any money; I only lost funds. They won’t even return my deposited money. Isn’t what they’re doing a scam? 13 hours ago, gadjelovia said: Was this resolved? Did you deposit the money and instantly try to withdraw without wagering any?
